About the project
Çet Merter İnsaya Residences, developed by ÇET Yapı, was completed in 25 months and handed over on 2 August 2017. Built on a 2,332 m² plot in Merter, Güngören, the 10,494 m² project comprises 40 homes and 2 shops.
Shared facilities for residents include a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, Turkish bath and fitness room.
