Commercial Electronic Message Consent

I consent to ÇET YAPI TURİZM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ sending me commercial electronic messages with promotional, advertising, campaign, sales-promotion and marketing content through the channels I select below. My consent applies only to the channels I select. Not giving this consent does not prevent me from submitting the application form or from receiving a reply to my application.

Under Article 6 of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, prior consent is, as a rule, obtained for commercial electronic messages. Under Article 8 of the same Law, the recipient may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without giving any reason; the service provider must ensure that the refusal can be sent easily and free of charge by electronic means of communication and must stop sending messages within three business days after the request is received. I can update my refusal and communication preferences easily and free of charge by sending an e-mail to info@cetyapi.com.tr.

This consent, separate from the privacy notice, relates only to the sending of commercial electronic messages; it does not constitute explicit consent for all processing of my personal data. The date and time I gave consent, the channels I selected and the version of the consent text may be recorded.
