Chairman's Message

Founded by us in 1993, ÇET Yapı Turizm A.Ş. has, with its vision built on solid foundations and its strong financial structure, quickly become one of the most trusted names in the construction industry. Since day one, our company has integrated both academic knowledge and field experience into the way it works, setting an example for the sector with its residential, educational, commercial and high-quality construction projects.

ÇET Yapı aims not only to construct buildings but to create sustainable and aesthetic living spaces that add value to people's lives. Every project shaped by this philosophy brings to life user-friendly, safe and environmentally conscious designs centred on quality of life. With its sensitivity to occupational health and safety, its respect for the environment and its commitment to ethical values, our company makes a difference not only through its projects but also through its corporate culture.

Closely following technological developments and integrating digitalisation and smart construction solutions into its projects, ÇET Yapı accelerates construction processes through modern engineering practices and achieves maximum success in minimum time without compromising quality standards. The result we deliver in every project is not merely a completed building; it reflects the well-deserved pride we feel on behalf of our solution partners, investors and users.

Offering real estate development, project design and turnkey contracting services, our company operates across a wide range of fields, from educational institutions to residential projects and from social amenities to commercial buildings. Working in cooperation with the people and institutions it partners with in every field, it aims for harmony, efficiency and long-term success in its projects.

Today, with its corporate reputation, strong references and the respected projects it has delivered, ÇET Yapı is determined to build not only the structures of today but also those of the future. Our vision is to keep growing with projects that transform cities, improve quality of life, create social benefit and add value to the national economy.

Every building is a dream come true. We build those dreams by laying trust in their foundations, quality in their walls and vision in their roofs.
