It is a human-centered approach aimed at improving living standards. Urban transformation projects should be built upon economic, social, and communal foundations. In summary, urban transformation is about resolving the fundamental issues embedded in the urban fabric of a city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Urban Transformation Implementation Process<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In T\u00fcrkiye, urban transformation efforts begin when local governments select a location and issue a municipal council decision.
